Master internship: developing wheat blends for production in Denmark

The objective is to analyze wheat blends development in Denmark, to better understand how this practice could be developed in France.

Objective:

Analyzing wheat blends development in Denmark, to better understand how this practice could be developed in France. This analysis will allow answering some questions: how to organize knowledge exchanges about wheat blends performances? How these blends are integrated by the wheat supply chain actors (breeding, collection, milling activities)? The internship will be based on interviews in Denmark.

Profile required:

Student engineer or master in social sciences and agricultural and rural studies. He/she has to be interested in economic sciences applied to agriculture, knowledge production in agriculture and new technologies dissemination, and also in collaboration between agricultural professions, public research in agronomy and private sector. The candidate will have to work in autonomy to gather and analyze data from interviews, and be interested in searching and reading scientific literature in social sciences. A high level in English is required, and a driving licence.
