Applications will be studied by the "Teaching and Training" Working Group, which decisions will be validated by the SPS Executive Committee.

ATTENTION:

PhD students of the SPS perimeter can only be funded once through this call for the duration of their thesis.

Any request received less than 10 days before a meeting of the SPS Executive Committee will be considered at the following meeting. The dates of the SPS Executive Committee meetings are available here.

In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions:
- SPS will not fund air travel for SPS members
- SPS strongly encourages SPS guests not to travel by airplanes if the duration of the alternative journey by train is less than 8 hours for a one-way trip.
Any exceptional case must be justified and will be considered. In case of a long trip (> 6h), SPS can cover an extra hotel night if necessary.

Incoming or outgoing mobility of an individual student:
> Stay of non-SPS students (bachelor, master, PhD) in a SPS team.
> Support for the outgoing mobility of a PhD student of the SPS perimeter for a conference or a research collaboration

Incoming or outgoing mobility of a group of students:
> Collective participation of students in the visit of a company, a research institute in France or abroad, or in a symposium
> Visit of the SPS network by a group of non-SPS students

Incoming mobility of a teacher:
Stay of a foreign teacher or researcher for educational activities in the perimeter of the SPS network
