A tribute to Pierre Gadal

Pierre Gadal (1938 - 2019)

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death of Pierre Gadal, which occurred on October 26, 2019 at the age of eighty-one.

In order to pay tribute to him and honor the research topics and teaching that he was renowned for in plant sciences, the Saclay Plant Sciences network (SPS) organized a symposium in his memory on June 20, 2022 at the Institute of Plant Sciences Paris-Saclay (IPS2, Gif-sur-Yvette).
