Access to data

Consultation and download of the phenological data of the perennial species studied on the Perpheclim project

Access to the data is avalaible using a a dedicated web application linking data from different remote databases (Observatoire des saisons, Phenoclim, GnpIS...)

The PERPHECLIM data platform is a web application using a centralized user system allowing to access to various distant databases. Currently phenological data proposed are from :

The web platform is accesible here (see here for login assistance)

https://w3.avignon.inra.fr/perpheclim/

platform

==========================================================

Currently available via the portal:

  •      About 140,000 phenological data,
  •      Corresponding to 25 phenological stages,
  •      Relating to 862 taxa,
  •      Located on more than 1071 sites.

The service-oriented application architecture dynamically provides remote user-requested data without intermediate storage, avoiding information redundancy and associated synchronization problems.

On the other hand, in order to facilitate and secure access to data, the architecture requires authentication via the Education-Research Identity Federation service offered by the GIP Renater. To connect to the Perpheclim application, the user must belong to one of the GIP's partner organizations or create a Universal Network Account (CRU) account (see here).

In 2017, new data sources will be integrated into the future portal developed by the SOERE TEMPO consortium.
