Phenotyping in semi-controlled conditions

HeliaPhen is a 660m² outdoor facility with a capacity of 1300 pots that allows plant phenotyping. It allows the characterisation of plant morphological responses to various abiotic stresses, including hydric stress.
Heliaphen's offer consists of the following :
  1. The construction of the partnership, a public or private laboratory.
  2. The design of the experimental devices and the definition of the characters sought and the phenotyping to be carried out.
  3. The setting up and characterisation of the hydric stress undergone by the plant using a unique Optimalog prototype robot, which operates in total autonomy.
  4. The acquisition of data and the measurement of phenotypic characters, both manually and with the help of the robot's sensors (cameras, sensors, lasers).
  5. The recovery of data, their curation and statistical analysis.
