Approche spécifique de la thématique

Nous réalisons nos travaux selon deux approches complémentaires.

L’approche cellulaire consiste à évaluer l’impact de l’interaction entre nutriments lipidiques, microbiote et métabolisme des lipoprotéines sur la prolifération cellulaire.

L’approche clinique consiste à évaluer de nouveaux biomarqueurs reliant l’alimentation et la sévérité de la maladie.
