BDQ Journal Special Issue on Microgenomics

The BDQ Journal of Elsevier, a recent open access journal indexed by Pubmed, will be publishing a special issue on "Recent advances in Microgenomics - Molecular analysis at the tissue-specific and single cell level."

This year, all participants may publish and original research article, short note or review articles on their research presented (whether invited speaker or selected for an oral presentation or a poster) in the special issue of the BDQ journal.

Congrès international de microgénomique MICROGENOMICS 2016Aujourd’hui, un des plus grands challenges pour des biologistes est de pouvoir comprendre et analyser l’expression du génome dans une cellule type dans son environnement tissulaire, ce qui veut dire que vous pouvez isoler ces cellules et travailler sur des très petites quantités de matérielle biologique.

L’objectif de ce symposium est de rassembler des experts mondiaux et de proposer un regard sur les connaissances d’aujourd’hui qui nous permettent d’obtenir des molécules de grande qualité et aussi d’explorer les développements futurs en outils "omics" (ADN, ARN et protéines) pour l’analyse du génome et son expression au niveau cellulaire.

Ce symposium est le deuxième (après l'International Symposium on Microgenomics de 2014) de ce type en France et en Europe.
