Microgenomics International Symposium 2014

Important Information for Delegates

Certification

A Certificate of Attendance will be given to all participants at the registration desk.

Badges and identification

Upon registration, each participant will receive a name badge to be worn at all times during the conference and social event. Failure to present your name badge will result in you being denied access to the meeting room. Invitations to the social event will be collected upon entry.

Registration

The registration desk will be open as of Thursday May 15 at 8am.

Meeting point / Message board

A Meeting point and Message board will be located near the registration desk located in the entrance hall.

LCD projector

The conference room is equipped with an LCD projector and a connected computer. The presentation software is Microsoft Power-Point. A special preview room will be provided for speakers and delegates to review their presentations.

Posters

All posters will be exhibited during the entire symposium. Please present them to staff upon registration. You will be able to pick them up on Friday 16 May after closing of the symposium.

A dedicated poster presentation session will take place on Thursday May 15 from 17.00 to 18.30 hours.

During the poster sessions, one of the authors is requested to be present by her/his poster.

Presented papers

PDF files of presented papers will be available for downloading on http://www6.inra.fr/microgenomics-2014. A password will be necessary to access the page.
