Dr Mathilde TOUVIER



Dr Mathilde Touvier is nutritional epidemiologist at INSERM, co-investigator of the NutrNet-Santé cohort. She is the future Director of EREN (U1153 Inserm - Nutritional Epidemiology Team, n=80 people) for the next mandate (starting in January 2019). She is the PI of several projects in epidemiology and nutrition, among which the ongoing INCa Metabo-ks project which aims at discovering new predictive biomarkers of breast cancer risk associated with nutrition, by untargeted metabolomics. She is an author (/co-author) of >145 publications in peer-reviewed international journals. She is expert in several workshops at the French National Cancer Institute (INCa), French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES) and International Agency for Research on Cancer (WHO-IARC), European Commission (EU DG Health and Food Safety).
