Practical Informations

Lunches, Cocktail and Gala Dinner

Lunches (noon), Coffee-break and cocktail are included within the JOBIM 2015 registration.

The Gala dinner IS NOT included within the JOBIM 2015 registration. However, inscritpion is mandatory.

  • Lunches on July 7th and 8th will be taken directly at the conference center Polydôme
  • A cocktail will be organized by the Town-Hall of Clermont-Ferrand on July 7th from 20h00
  • The Gala Dinner will take place in the evening of July 8th at Vulcania Parck near Clermont-Ferrand. Travel will be managed by bus. Specific information will be provided at the conference.

How to access to Vulcania - Guided visite

Vulcania is located 14 km  from Clermont-Ferrand (about 25 minutes by car). BUS will be available for the JOBIM participants from the Centre of Conference JOBIM at Polydôme to go to the Vulcania Parck and then back to the hotels.

If you really wish to get to Vulcania Parck by car (not advice), following some informations:
