Federate and enhance the information systems of the different components of IN-SYLVA-France through “legibility, compatibility, accessibility”.

The objectives are to:

• Make all of the IN-SYLVA resources available to the distributed Information Systems involved in modelisation (platforms and models) and data management (network data bases) via a central portal with a single access point.
• Describe the resources through standardised metadata compliant with the European INSPIRE directive, which will permit users to geographically or thematically target the tools and facilities they need to carry out their research.
• Improve interoperability within IN-SYLVA-France (among modelisation platforms and data bases) and with external national (Infra and e-Infra) and European (AnaE, ICOS, e-Rosa) platforms.
• Support the publication of specific data (DOI, Data papers) and make the information available in dedicated DataStores; create “benchmark” datasets for different types of users (modellers, managers, etc…).
