Apterous: yellowish green and abdomen devoid of dorsal pigmentation
Forehead: with medial tubercle pronounced
Antennae short (about half the length of body), often consisting of 5 segments, sometimes 6, the last one formed from a globular base and an arcuate processus terminalis
Cornicles cylindrical and at least 2 times longer than cauda and marked by a constriction at the tip
Cauda small and constricted

Alate: abdomen glossy green with dark marginal sclerites
Forehead: with a pronounced medial tubercle (1)
