Dysaphis (Pomaphis) pyri (Boyer de Fonscolombe, 1841)

Apterous: globular, mauve-brown, covered with whitish pruinosity
Frons flat or slightly sinuate
Antennae shorter than length of body (1), gradually darkening from base to tip
Abdomen without pigmentation, with presence of lateral tubercles on segments I-V (2) and occasionally tubercles on segments VII and VIII (3)
Cornicles black, short, slightly conical and finishing in a small flange (4)
Cauda light-coloured and pentagonal (5)

Antennae black, equal to length of body and with numerous small déformantes rhinaria (6) on  segments III (27-64), IV (8-27) and V (0-7)

Cornicles black, cylindrical and finishing in a slight flange (8)
Cauda slightly pigmented, short and pentagonal (9)
