Apterous: yellowish white to pinkish bearing broad pigmented stripes on thorax and a brown, horseshoe-shaped discal patch, open anteriorly (1)
Frontal tubercles prominent and rounded (2)
Antennae longer than body, dark towards tips (3)
Cornicles pale, straight, long, with dark flange at tips (4)

Alate: abdomen yellowish, two transverse stripes on first abdominal segments well separated and broader stripes often fused into a discal patch on following ones
Frontal tubercles prominent and rounded
Antennae long and dark, processus terminalis long (6)
Abdomen with transverse stripes (7) of variable breadth that may join up to form a patch with a highly shredded aspect
Cornicles dark, straight, with flange at tip (8)
Cauda digitate (5) and pigmented (9)
