The Auberge du Cèdre (follow the link for more details) is close to Montpellier that has an international Airport with flights to many destinations in France and Europe and is well connected by train (high speed to Paris, 3 1/2h). For transfer from Montpellier to Lauret and back, shuttles will be organized the 16th and 18th. Participants who wish to book additional nights at the Auberge du Cèdre should contact them directly.

Registration fees are:

220€ for participants who stay overnight at the Auberge du Cèdre. This covers participation to the meeting, refreshments at breaks, all meals (excluding lunch on Wednesday 16th), two nights at Auberge du Cèdre (in most cases in double rooms).

120€ for PhDs and post-docs

35€ for participation to the meeting only. This covers participation to the meeting, refreshments at breaks, meals (1 dinner & 2 lunchs, 17th & 18th)

Free for PhDs and post-docs for participation to the meeting (including refreshments at breaks, meals : 1 dinner & 2 lunchs, 17th & 18th)

Payments should be done by bank transfer or 'bon de commande' (grouped if there are several participants from one research unit). Payment instructions are given on the invoice you will receive after registration.

Please register by following the below link. Submission of an abstract for a poster or an oral presentation (15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion) is compulsory except for participants from companies who are very welcome and can submit alternatively a very short motivation letter.
