Project coordinator: Matthieu Barret INRAE

SUCSEED is an ambitious project with a large partner consortium. Therefore, two committee have been created to success management: a management board (MBC) and an executive committee (EC).

The management board is be chaired by the project coordinator and composed of workpackage leaders and of the project manager. It meets 3 to 4 times a year and is in charge of:

• The operational management
• The supervision of the research workflow
• The overseeing project presentation and results dissemination

The executive committee is composed of members of the management board and of one representative per research unit or private partner. It benefits from the support of Emilie Briand-Dubreuil, head of INRAE Pays de la Loire partnership sector and Cécilia Multeau, responsible for biocontrol-related public-private partnerships for INRAE plant Health division. It meets once or twice a year and is in charge of:

• The strategic orientation of the project
• The grant proper implementation of the partners respective rights and obligations in accordance with the contractual framework of the project and the Consortium Agreement
• Following up and making appropriate decisions to achieve the project objectives.
