Important message from the Local Organisers

Topic: booking accomodation

Dear Colleagues,

Please give this your urgent attention.

We strongly advise you to book your room at the Valamar Lacroma hotel in Dubrovnik (VENUE) over the OFFICIAL ROUTE (Link bellow) as soon as possible.

  • The hotel is providing us with conference rooms and meals for popular prices on the basis that participants book through this booking process.
  • The room rate through this process is within the amount that will be compensated by COST, so there is no benefit from finding a different room with a different rate especially when the prices for both LUNCHES* AND DINNERS ARE LOWER THEN IF COVERED DIRECTLY IN THE HOTEL.
  • The early booking will enable us to go ahead with arrangements with the hotel to provide its facilities to us as agreed.

Thank you for your kind attention.

For any request, please contact us directly :

srimacbrncic@pbf.hr,
