Soils, ecotoxicology and biological interactions are three areas in which there is considerable strength in individual laboratories in BASC. So as to reinforce collaboration between laboratories in these fields, three networks have been set up at the inception of BASC:

♦ Network "SolFIT"  Soils : functions, impacts and territoires"

♦ Network  "ECOBASC" of BASC ecotoxicologists

♦ Network "Biotic interactions: role and impact on diversity and agriculture"

Two new networks have also emerged according to needs:

♦ Network Agroecology

♦ Network ADEFACE-HTS "Eucaryotes adaptation in the face of environmental changes - contribution of HTS (High Throughput Sequencing)"
