DRAIN-ACT - Développement d’une méthode de détection de drain agricole : enjeu hydraulique du plateau de Saclay

Contexte et objectif

Le Plateau de Saclay fait l’objet d’aménagements conséquents dans le cadre du Cluster Paris-Saclay. Il est essentiel de garantir que ces aménagements ne perturbent pas le fragile équilibre hydraulique et hydrologique incluant le drainage agricole, partie intégrante et patrimoniale de l’histoire du Plateau. Le projet DRAIN-ACT a pour objectif de développer une méthode générique de détection des drainages en l’absence des plans historiques pour application généralisée au plateau de Saclay. Ainsi le projet prospectera

i) les méthodes documentaires basées sur des données historiques d'archives permettant d’identifier ce réseau dont les premières traces remontent au XVIIe siècle ; par exploration des données de télédétection satellite, notamment radar, témoignant de la présence de drains enterrés,

ii) les méthodes indirectes basées sur la cartographie des sols du Plateau,

iii) les méthodes dites passives et actives, basées sur la détection directe  ou indirecte des drains par prospection géophysique terrestre et thermique aéroportée.

Le projet s’appuiera sur des suivis continus des variables influencées par la présence d’un drain sur la parcelle expérimentale drainée de Boissy le Chatel (GIS ORACLE), puis par des tests sur des parcelles choisies du Plateau de Saclay.
