PomFlux - Facteurs anthropiques et conséquences des flux de gènes cultivés-sauvages chez la pomme

Financé dans le cadre de l'Appel à projet Blanc 2014 et du projet phare 2 "Comprendre et améliorer les capacités adaptatives des agroécosystèmes par la connaissance de la génétique et de l'évolution", le projet PomFlux se déroulera sur 2 ans (2015-2016).

Contexte et objectif

Ce projet vise à soutenir une collaboration entre les laboratoires ESE et Moulon, et des partenaires non académiques, pour

1) comprendre les facteurs anthropiques qui influencent les probabilités de flux de gènes du pommier cultivé Malus domestica vers le pommier sauvage M. sylvestris (notamment la fragmentation du paysage, le nombre ou la surface des vergers, ou les changements de pollinisateurs),

2) déterminer quelles régions génomiques sont concernées par ces flux de gènes (notamment régions codantes ou non, contenant des gènes particuliers) et si elles ont un impact sur l’adaptation (en regardant si les régions génomiques montrent des signatures de sélection et en réalisant des tests de valeurs sélectives),

3) déterminer si les plants de pommiers sauvages vendus en pépinières sont des hybrides et recommander des pratiques de conservation et reforestation du pommier sauvage en agroforesterie.

Ce projet vise aussi à acquérir des données préliminaires pour le dépôt de projets ANR et européens.
